Belated New Years

[Since we missed New Years, I've decided to do one anyway. Okay, its the boar's turn... whoever that is. -o-; Anyway, here we go. All Sohmas join in = cats not allowed, o'course. *stares at Kaori* Damn.]

The air felt heavy throughout the entire room... it was the empty, for the banquet was still in preporation... it was arriving time, and most of the Juunishi, excluding the cat, were probably on their way. Akira sat, in the very back of the room, wearing a dark-coloured kimono, the hem printed with pink cherry blossoms... which had faded from its continuese use over the years.

The room was almost empty, besides quit a few cushions on the ground... one which Akira was sitting on, and twelve others were scattered about in a perfect circle. Akira was usually the only one who would wear a kimono, and the only one that didn't interact with everyone else. Just sit silent. Watching. She was God -- and watching was what she did.

May the Banquet Begin.
